After a late breakfast and some shopping (not in mask or costume), we perused the Dealers' Room and art show, and actually attended some BaltiCon panels and events (gasp!). But as late afternoon approached, it was time to get ready for The BaltiCon Masquerade Competition...
Jovina as Earth Mother, Morgana as Mother Superior

...which we did NOT enter!  Jovina wore her much-publicized Earth Mother costume and Morganna wore her Mother Superior habit. Both of them had a lot of fun sitting on the audience line before being admitted into the ballroom, getting reactions from other audience members and passersby. Marti and Orchid stayed out of costume, sat next to J & M and acted as photographers. Jenn stayed out of costume and helped out in The Green Room, the staging area for the costumed competitors.
After the masquerade ended, The Two Mothers took advantage of the Costume Photographers' Area to get some more pictures snapped. 
Later, two amusing moments occured while sitting outside the ballroom:
1) A woman approached J & M and said, "I don't remember seeing you two on stage. What was your act?"  "We didn't go onstage," Mother Superior replied. The woman's puzzled look was priceless.
2) A young female costumer -- one of the competitors -- approached Mother Superior with very respectful tone and manner. "Oh, that's such a nice costume, ma'am -- Oh, wait. . . that's a mask!"
 
Mother Superior beckoned for her to bend closer, then said softly in her ear, "Your costume is very nice." The girl replied, "So is yours. . . " and quickly disappeared.
