In 1998, Marti and Kerry, the webmistresses of Maskon.com, were two of the organizers of Maskon '98, a convention for costumers and crossdressers who love female latex masks. Held near San Francisco during Halloween Weekend, Maskon '98 had enough attendees to be considered a rousing success.  A second convention was planned.

But Maskon '99 had only a few attendees. Such a disappointing turnout made a third convention out of the question.

However, good things do not always come to an end. . .
